Why Hotchkiss?
I had a lot of different Revisit Days but the people at Hotchkiss really made the difference; they were the nicest ones that I met, the most inclusive, and really tried to make it the best experience for everyone.
What are you looking forward to most this year?
Everything — meeting new people, going to my classes; it’s been really fun so far. I love Hotchkiss, the people.
What activities or clubs do you plan on pursuing?
I might participate in Speech and Debate Club. I’m also going to do crew in the spring, squash in the winter, and soccer in the fall.

Why Hotchkiss?
I play violin and piano, and I saw that Hotchkiss had a great music program.
What are you looking forward to most this year?
Using the arts studio a lot, as I’m learning how to draw and paint.
What activities or clubs do you plan on pursuing?
I really want to join the Dance Club. I like to dance by myself sometimes, and I want to step outside of my comfort zone to dance as part of the club.
What do you hope for in the next four years?
I really want to build a giant art portfolio during my time here!

Why Hotchkiss?
I am really excited about the biking team, as I picked the sport up three years ago during Covid. The EFX Lab is very interesting to me as well. In addition, the academics here are superb, and I can really push myself.
What are you looking forward to most this year?
Since I’m doing baseball, hockey, and mountain biking, I’m really looking forward to meeting my new teammates.
What activities or clubs do you plan on pursuing?
I’m looking to join the Students for Environmental Action (SEA), and perhaps the Robotics Club and Investment Club, and definitely the St. Luke’s Society!
What have you enjoyed most about your time at Hotchkiss so far?
I’ve enjoyed biking a lot (the team’s really great), signing up for clubs at the Clubs Fair, and meeting new people, as everyone here is really nice.
What do you see and hope for yourself over the next four years?
I would definitely like to be involved in Students for Environmental Action. I was head at my school’s equivalent club for a while, and I’d really like to use my experience and knowledge here. I also hope to make the Varsity teams for hockey and baseball, and maybe improve my tennis skills.

Why Hotchkiss?
While the academics are very good, most importantly, there are a lot of non-academic advantages and opportunities. Everybody here is very nice and it’s all one unique, large community.

I’m excited about my classes. The class style at Hotchkiss is very different from my previous school, so I’m really looking forward to that.
What activities or clubs do you plan on pursuing?
I’m thinking of trying many new activities; I’m currently thinking of trying cross-country as a co-curricular.
What have you enjoyed most about your time at Hotchkiss so far?
I’ve enjoyed meeting new people.
What do you see and hope for yourself over the next four years?
I hope to excel in at least one sport and in my academics. Also, I want to make friends from every grade.
